# Fee System & Revenue Distribution

#### Battle Fee Overview

Meow Arena applies a 2% fee on each battle that takes place within the platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the total wager or transaction involved in the match.

This system ensures the sustainability of the ecosystem and allows us to reward community members, NFT holders, and maintain future developments.

#### Fee Distribution Policy

Until the official governance system of Meow Arena is implemented — and unless a new consensus decides otherwise — the following rule will apply:

100% of the battle fees collected will be distributed equally among all Meow Arena NFT holders.

* Each NFT is entitled to an equal portion of the total accumulated fees, regardless of its rarity, power level, or class.
* The distribution will occur on a periodic basis (e.g., weekly or monthly), and will be available through a claim mechanism in the user dashboard.
This policy has been set by the Shitcats and Meow Arena teams as a demonstration of transparency, fairness, and deep commitment to our early supporters and community.

#### Future Governance Adjustments

Once the community governance structure is established, NFT holders will be able to:

* Vote on how fees should be distributed.
* Propose changes to the fee percentage or allocation structure.
* Redirect portions of the fees to staking pools, development funds, tournaments, or liquidity support.
This dynamic system will empower the Meow Arena community to shape the game's economy and incentives as it grows.
